The ART Trip – An Internationalization Event for PACUCOA Member Institutions

Dear PACUCOA Members,

We are pleased to inform you of an upcoming academic event that aligns with PACUCOA’s continuing efforts to support member institutions in advancing internationalization, employability, and outcomes-based education.

The AppliedHE Xchange: Academic Road Trip @ Philippines 2025, also referred to as “The ART Trip,” is a multi-region initiative that brings up to 10 international universities to the Philippines to engage directly with local higher education institutions through on-site workshops, networking sessions, and official MOU signings.

This initiative supports the goals of PACUCOA’s quality assurance framework - particularly with the introduction of the Employability Indicator, which promotes the use of evidence-based

Key Highlights of The ART Trip:

  • Engage with up to 10 international universities across four regional events
  • Sign MOUs for collaboration in areas such as research, faculty exchange, and dual degrees etc.
  • Participate in a Mini Workshop on Soft Skills, aligned with PACUCOA’s Employability Indicator
  • Learn about the AppliedHE 3M Framework, which supports employability and accreditation goals:
  • JOB-Ready Rating
  • ALUMNI-Ready CRM
  • FUTURE-Ready Soft Skills Assessment

These tools are designed to support institutional efforts in graduate outcomes, alumni tracking, accreditation preparation, and global benchmarking.

Registration Details:

  • Registration Fee: USD 120 per delegate
  • Maximum: 2 delegates per institution
  • Inclusions: Full-day workshop, Gala Dinner, MOU Signing, post-event visibility
  • Deadline to register: Oct 31, 2025
  • Payment method: Advance payment via telegraphic transfer or credit card only
