Grace is a chief Vocational Trainer at Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology in Kenya, she is the coordinator of ODFL and also the Dean of Students. She is a long serving TVET professional with technical skills demonstrated through an outstanding record of training and development projects. Besides, has carried out academic and action research in the use of Computer-Aided Design in the Apparel industry. She has contributed to the development of Flexible skills programs, online facilitation, and entrepreneurial growth in TVET. A skilled, creative, and enthusiastic promoter of concepts and ideas, with contributions in the labor market analysis through sharing experiences at various conferences in Kenya, Germany, Malaysia, Nigeria, and South Africa. She has been engaged with the SME sector in skills training, partnerships, and community work. Currently enrolled for a Ph.D. program, and hold a Master of Arts in Design, Bachelor of Science in Clothing Textile and Interior Design, a Diploma in Technical Education, and Certified Master Craft trainer for Industry. A Board member of the African Foundation for Quality E-Learning in TVET (AFQueT), A member of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Kenya Fashion Council, and a national trade testing examiner under the National Industrial Training Authority- Kenya.
