Pablo Cardona holds a PhD in Management by UCLA. He was professor at IESE (Barcelona) from 1997 to 2011, and professor at CEIBS (Shanghai) from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, he became Dean of the School of Management and Communication at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), in Spain, a university of PROEDUCA group. Since 2019, he is also President of MIU, City University Miami, which belongs to the same PROEDUCA group. He has taught all over the world, especially in the US, Europe, Latin America, and China. His expertise lies in the area of Leadership and cross-cultural management. He has developed special programs for international companies such as Danone, and Philips, and led consulting projects for companies such as SONY and Repsol. He was an entrepreneur for many years in the area of ecommerce, and helped in different NGOs, such as school boards or theater companies. He has written several books on Leadership, Talent Development, and Organizational Management (such as Growing as a Leader and Management by Missions). He has also published over ten research articles in top management journals such as Strategic Management Journal or Group and Organization Management.
