Joining QS in June 2002 was a decision which gave her ample opportunities to spearhead the pioneering work towards Higher Education, particularly in Asia, Middle East and Africa, also known as the AMEA region.

In her capacity as the CEO of QS Asia, she has worked towards offering the best for branding, consultancy, and student recruitment services for Universities in the region.

Her visits to over 250 Universities in the AMEA regions have helped her gain compelling insights into prevailing realities and future requirements of the higher education landscape. And keeping these in mind, she has always strived to support the top University leaders with strategies for advancement, globalization and internationalization.

However, she has recently left QS to start AppliedHE, a new higher education branding and rating agency which is focused on employability, quality of teaching & learning and collaboration with industry.

Approaching the field of higher education branding, ratings and professional networking from the perspective of a technology start-up, AppliedHE aims to leverage big data and artificial intelligence together with Mandy’s vast industry experience to reinvent her industry and with it, the higher education sector.
