On 6 May 2026, over 190 delegates from 42 universities gathered at the City Convention Center in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan — brought together by a shared question: how can Philippine higher education institutions demonstrate measurable outcomes that go beyond enrolment figures?
A one-day strategic forum for Philippine higher education
The AppliedHE Xchange @ FCPC was a focused, practitioner-led forum examining how institutions can align internationalisation, employability, and alumni engagement for real, measurable impact.
Hosted by First City Providential College and co-convened with AppliedHE, the event brought together senior officers, quality assurance leaders, and key practitioners from institutions across the Philippines. The programme was grounded in AppliedHE's 3M Framework — JOB-Ready, ALUMNI-Ready, and SOFT SKILLS-Ready — providing a structured, evidence-based approach to demonstrating graduate outcomes.
With strong representation from CHED and PACUCOA, the forum also carried significant weight in the context of Philippine accreditation, connecting institutional strategies to national quality assurance expectations.

Three Musketeers of institutional outcomes
The entire programme was anchored in AppliedHE's 3M Framework — three interconnected tools that give institutions an evidence-based approach to proving and improving graduate outcomes.
JOB-Ready Rating
A structured, evidence-based rating that measures how effectively an institution prepares graduates for employment — from curriculum design to industry linkages and placement outcomes.
ALUMNI-Ready CRM
A purpose-built CRM platform that helps institutions build and manage meaningful long-term relationships with alumni — turning graduates into ambassadors, mentors, and strategic partners.
SOFT SKILLS-Ready
A validated assessment framework for measuring the development of soft skills — communication, critical thinking, adaptability — ensuring graduates are truly workforce-ready beyond academic credentials.
