Chikodi is currently the Director of Programmes and Partnerships at the British Council in Ghana. He oversees a broad programmes portfolio covering Primary and Secondary (Schools), Higher Education, TVET, Social Enterprise, Creative Industries, Entrepreneurship and everything in-between.

Before joining the British Council Ghana, Chikodi was the Senior Stakeholder Manager, Partnerships Manager, and New Business Development Manager for the British Council in Nigeria.

Before joining the British Council Nigeria in 2007, he was a Principal Scientific Officer at the Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Science and Technology where he was responsible for setting-up and implementing the Nigeria’s Technology Business Incubation Programme. A programme that commercialises Research and Development Results from Universities and Research Institutions in Nigeria.

His academic and research interest covers aspects of project management, business administration, entrepreneurship and marketing.

He is married with four children
