Ardian is a faculty member at State Polytechnic of Malang. He started his career as a trainer at the training centre of a state-owned company and moved to the polytechnic where he works as a lecturer and researcher. His experience of working in the industry has provided him with insights which guide Ardian in developing his professional expertise in the area of vocational HE.
