Dr. Ching-Pu Chen is a professor at the Department of Social and Policy Sciences, and also the Chief Global Officer, Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. He also serves as a director of the board at the Grape king Bio Corporation. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. from Harvard University, and B.S. from Virginia Military Institute. He had 19 years’ service in the R.O.C. Army. He was the director of the Graduate Institute of Defense Decision Sciences, National Defense University before he retired as a colonel. Dr. Chen has taught and published in areas of business ethics, decision and policy analysis, military transformation and affairs.
