As the Head of Airlangga Global Engagement, Dian is responsible to manage and coordinate internationalization initiatives and activities in Universitas Airlangga. She is also skilled in qualitative research and analysis, organizational theories and behavior, management of change, and university teaching/learning as well as quality assurance and internationalization. She is an education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Management of Change and Strategies, Interorganizational Network, Organization Politics/Power and Organizational Territoriality from the University of York, United Kingdom.
