Engr. Lester Alfred M. Olasiman is a dedicated professional with a vigorous background in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in teaching, research, and development. He aims to thrive in an encouraging and challenging environment that provides growth opportunities, enabling him to excel through diligence, persistence, and commitment.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Quezon City. Additionally, he has completed a diploma course accredited by the International Maritime Organization and a certification course in Additive Manufacturing from the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM), along with an immersion program at the Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMCen) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) - Philippines.

Currently, Engr. Olasiman serves as the Chairperson of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Adamson University, where he has been a permanent full-time faculty member since 2016. He also serves as the current President of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers Academe Chapter.

As a technical and resource speaker, he has presented at several conferences and symposiums, earning recognition for his work. His research interests include the fields of Energy Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, Heat Exchangers, Simulations, and Sustainability.

His activities include chairing national conventions and advising student organizations. His commitment to advancing mechanical engineering education and research is reflected in his extensive participation in seminars, training, and professional development opportunities.
