Ed Fermin is the Vice President for Academic Affairs of National Teachers College. He continues to provide expert advice to the Philippine Commission on Higher Education on matters concerning teacher education, flexible learning, internationalisation, and quality assurance. Aside from studying the rapid evolution of qualification frameworks and inclusive education pathways, he finds great meaning in exploring the creative disciplines, especially visual art and dance.
