Yifan works at Capgemini Consulting in Shanghai delivering innovative technology solutions to clients. She also provides pro-bono consulting services for environmental education NGOs in China. Previously, she had study and work experience in China, Australia, the U.S., Indonesia, and Thailand in the field of higher education, investment banking, and project management.

Yifan is an advocate for UN SDGs. She founded the Women’s Network of Australia-China Youth Association, the largest non-political youth organization between two countries, and was selected to attend Watson Institute, the first social innovation incubator in the U.S. She was the first-ever Global Citizen Award Winner at the University of Newcastle, and the 2020 Young Australia China Alumni of the Year Award Finalist. She’s featured on People’s Daily, Lowy Institute and other media in advocating for SDGs.

Yifan graduated with a Master of Management from the University of Melbourne. She holds ACCA and is a certified Scrum Master.
