Prof. Dr. Filipe de Castro Soeiro is senior international full professor, multidisciplinary academic, administrator and executive leader C-level with 25+ years of experience in restructuring, growth, and innovation strategies, who is market and digital disruptive, innovation sustainable and societal change driven. He holds five degrees in STEM fields of knowledge and has been driving successful navigation in complex and thriving HE institutions (FT ranking) and corporate business ecosystems (Fortune 500) in multiple leading executive and adviser roles. He has been leading and managing the development of multi-business university units and multi-programme lines of business, as well as the design and development of campus, blended and online teaching & learning technologies and methodologies, academic development, academic and student affairs, accreditation, applied research, internationalization and corporate industry linkages. He is currently full professor, researcher and head of the Digital Business and Data Science programme at the University of Applied Sciences Europe GmbH, advisory board member of Outreach Digital, senior external expert in Technology, Innovation and Business Strategy Development for the SPARK Berlin Fund lead by the Berlin Institute of Health and the Charité, and co-chair of the advisory board at the international think tank Health Captains and Medicinale Club in Health 4.0.
