Professor Dai Lin is Director of Global Engagement Office and a full professor of Department of Electrical Engineering of City University of Hong Kong. She has broad interests in communications and networking theory, with special interests in wireless communications. She was a co-recipient of the Best Paper Award at IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference 2007, and the IEEE Guglielmo Marconi Prize Paper Award in 2009. She received The President’s Award of City University of Hong Kong in 2017. She was Assistant Dean of College of Science and Engineering from 2014 to 2018, and Associate Dean of College of Engineering in 2019.
